My name is Michalis Chatzinikolaou and I come from beautiful island of Crete in Greece.
I was born in 1971 in Heraklion, Crete, and I graduated in 1988 from secondary education. Immediately after my graduation I left for Germany and Dusseldorf, to continue my studies in the German language. In Germany I grew up in a German family (in Meerbusch – Buederich in Westfalia) whom I met in Crete in 1984.
As Doris & Florian, didn’t have any children, I became a member of their family and I received from them the fundamental principles of Protocols & professionalism. From 1988 onwards I worked in the tourism industry in central Europe Germany Austria, and Switzerland.
In 2003 – 2005 I studied at the well known hotel school Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne in Switzerland and in 2006 I returned to Crete where I worked in five star hotels hotels in managerial positions such as Elounda Beach (Leading Hotels of the world), Capsis Out of the Blue, Creta Maris, Alexander Beach, etc.
My expertise in hotel industry, knowing almost all Tour Operators, agents, and hoteliers in person, as well as my many years of career and my connections in Germany and central Europe, establish the foundations for excellent cooperation.
