Outside the hotel, there is a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool and a children's pool for younger guests, with free sun loungers and umbrellas. Next to the pool, there is a games room with a variety of games for guests who want to pass the time. Guests can enjoy a drink or snack of their choice at the poolside snack bar, which is open from morning until 1:00 a.m.

The entrance to the lobby is located on the second floor of Building A, which covers 299 m². There is also a mini-market, a breakfast room, a management office and two apartments, as well as a pool bar and snack bar next to the pool.

Building B
The first floor covers 293 m² and contains seven apartments and a shared corridor. The same specifications apply to the second and third floors.

Building C:
